The cuve consists of 88% Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) and 12% Colorino, Canaiolo and Merlot. Maceration and fermentation took place over three weeks in stainless steel tanks. Two thirds of the wine matured in French tonneaux, the rest in Slovenian oak barrels. The bouquet delights with scents of sour cherries,
